Change your email, or fix a second account
Change your sign in email in Account. For a typo account, two accounts or closing an account, write to us and we'll sort it.
Change your email
- Sign in at audio-spices.com, open Account, then the Account tab.
- Type the new address in Email and click Save changes.
- We email a confirmation link to the new address. Your email switches when you click it, so stay signed in on the same device.
Your plugins and licenses stay with the account, so nothing else changes.
A typo account, two accounts, or closing an account
Write to us from an address you can read and tell us which accounts are involved. We'll merge them, move your licenses, or close an account for you. Licenses can be moved between your own accounts on request.
